Cancellation and Returns Policy
Overview
Our Cancellation and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- Cancellation is not allowed once the order is placed.
- No Returns. Only replacement is allowed when the product is received damaged/defective.
Please note, our products are 3D printed. While we strive to provide the highest quality and conduct thorough quality checks before shipping, variations may still occur due to the nature of the 3D printing process and/or during transit. If you encounter any issues with the quality or condition of the product, please contact us immediately. We will review the concern and offer a replacement if the product is found to be damaged or defective.
Replace Damaged Product
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the following situations, replacement of the product is not allowed:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product and want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to abhinaymaddha@hextasy.in and after getting a confirmation about the replacement of the order from us, send the item to: 1518, Sector 46, Gurugram, Haryana.
Shipping Damaged product
To return your product if it is eligible for the exchange, you should mail your product to: 1518, Sector 46, Gurugram, Haryana.
We will arrange for the product to be picked up and dispatch the replacement product once we receive the damaged one. Shipping charges might be applicable based on your location for the new dispatch.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Returns
Returns are not allowed on the product. Only replacement would be provided if the product is damaged/defective.
Late or missing refunds
If you are eligible for a refund and haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation
We do not accept cancellation of the order once placed.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items will be replaced only if products are defective or damaged. Amount will not refunded in any other case.
